The current research aims to determine the correlation and impact relationship between the activities of green logistics management and the competitive advantages in the State Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries in Baghdad. State Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries. The researchers prepared a hypothetical chart that includes the research variables and formulating hypotheses and sub-hypotheses Statistical methods ، and the questionnaire was used as the tool for collecting data and information from the members of the research sample and the research limitation which dealt with the relationship and influence between these variables in the Iraqi environment within the limits of the researchers’ acquaintance. Their current research included these variables in a modest attempt to determine the relationship and the impact between them. The research reached a set of conclusions ، the most important is the existence of a significant correlation and impact relationship between the activities of the Green Logistics and the competitive priorities in the company. In light of this ، the researchers presented a number of recommendations compatible with these conclusions.
